December Wonderland Album with BoBunny and Leaky Shed Studio

BoBunny and Leaky Shed Studio collaborated for the month of December to bring you lots of inspiration with our two companies.

It's my turn over at the Leaky Shed Studio blog today as I wrap up our Product Swap with BoBunny. The Leaky Shed Studio design team ladies all had so much fun teaming up with BoBunny.  What a fun month and I was so impressed by everyone's designs.

Today this little treasure is over at the LSS blog, please head on over for more details.

I used the Leaky Shed Studio Numbers Chipboard Album to start my project.  Then added the Swirl Ornament Chipboard for my main embellishment.  My third layer was the month chipboard "December"

I decided to use the turquoise and red color scheme since that seems to be popular this year. Of course I used lots of BoBunny's glitter paste and also the Christmas Collage Collection.

Thank you for stopping by and have a safe and Happy New Year!

Fa La La BoBunny and Leaky Shed Studio Team Up

Leaky Shed Studio and BoBunny are teaming up all of December to inspire you with beautiful creations!

Hi, I am sharing a vintage style layout I created for the BoBunny / Leaky Shed Studio Product Swap. This is my first post and I used the BoBunny Christmas Collage Collection which has a vintage flair to it.  My layout was inspired by these beautiful papers and I took advantage of the browns and muted colors to give my layout a shabby look.

I used some Art Anthology brown tones to layer a stencil for more texture and I distressed the edges of my paper.

I used some gesso, copics for coloring and the new BoBunny glitter paste on this lovely new Leaky Shed Studio poinsettia chipboard corner.

I added extra glitter paste throughout my layout for more effect and even put it on the flowers.

Thank you for stopping by, be sure to stop by our Leaky Shed Studio Blog for more details.

Happy Scrapping ...

Winter Wonder

Hi, wanted to share this 12x12 canvas (Blick) that I made for the Basically Bare CHA show.  They have a new chipboard window diecut this year and it was so fun to use.

I painted the chipboard white then added layers of the Art Anthology (linen) sorbet, doesn't it look like snow!  Love their products.  I added some cute Bo Bunny paper, some paint, bling and Basically Bare's stars from their Celestial Shapes Embellishment pack and voila - a winter wonderland as seen through their new window diecut.

Please go on over to Basically Bare today where this frosty canvas is featured and let me know what you all think.

Keep warm, and happy scrapping ...

Winter Tag Snow Queen

Today my Winter tag is being featured over at Basically Bare, please go on over to the BB blog to see more pictures.  The tag is approx. 4x9 and I used a variety of products (scraps) I had in my Winter box.  I organize by theme along with product line.  So I have two  "winter" boxes - one box with embellishments and the other box with paper.  Any who, I love using up my paper and embellishment scraps, it makes me feel creative.  Why?  Because when I have a collection of papers and matching embellishments its all there for me, easy peasy.  When I mix and match from what I have and try and make that combination happen - it takes more (for me) time, creativity and focus.

Here is a close up of the Basically Bare Dress Form that I used for my Snow Queen Tag.  I used a Reminisce 3D snowflake sticker I had from a couple of collections ago.

I know a lot of states are getting lots of snow, here in Florida we get cloudy, rainy and muggy.  But since its winter I was inspired by all the snow the rest of you are getting so I made this winter tag.

Thank you for stopping by, and again go on over to Basically Bare and see what else the designers have been creating.  Happy New Year

"Possibilities" Butterfly Chipboard Alum

I am teaching my Butterfly album at the Paper Niche on June 18th.  I had a lot of compliments and Tammy (owner) asked me to make it into a workshop.  So if you live in S. Florida stop by the Niche for my class.  The workshop will be from 10:00A until 5:00P with lunch break inbetween.  Some of you may finish earlier but I just wanted to give enough time for everyone to finish their album.  We will be making the entire album from scratch, painting, distressing, making some of the embellishments so it will be taking a little time ... but workshops are fun so come join me at the Niche on the 18th!!!
For those of you that bought the Paper Niche April Kit, the cost to you will be $20.00 just bring your April kit with you.
