A Little Hoot Inspiration

Wanted to share a little inspiration today with one of my favorite albums.  The album is made from wood and is also one of my favorite subjects.  OWLS!  I used some inking, staining and layering techniques for my cover.

Hope you enjoy.  Also have several new projects coming up at the end of November so stayed tuned :)

Some FALL Inspiration

Thought I would share this envelope album I made, hoping to give you some Fall inspiration.

Alot of the embellies I used were from WeRMemory Keepers, but the paper was a mish mash of what I had in my stash.  I love it when I can use up what I have :)

10 Things I Love About Fall

This cutie pie mini is featured on the Basically Bare Blog.   I used the Basically Bare Plain Jane Keepsake album along with other Basically Bare goodies such as the:

Franciful Frames
Owl Set
Blossoms and Leaves
Happy Little Trees
Large Pennants

It's so easy to use these Basically Bare products and have it fit onto any theme you want.  For this Fall inspired album I chose the "Hello Fall" collection by My Little Yellow Bicycle.  I really love MyLYB they always have a themed collection that I can count on.

Here are some pics for the embellies I used from Basically Bare

My Little Yellow Bicycle Christmas HOME Album

I actually made this album last year with My Little Yellow Bicycle "wonder and wishes" collection.  I just now got around to taking more pictures of it and listing the mini on my Etsy Kitsnbitscraps Store.

I used the Maya Road chipboard album which I love because since my pages are very chunky and embellished the binder system in the album gives me a little more room.

I hand wove paper strips, lace and ribbon for the cover and added buttons, glitter and embellies for the cover.

Last Halloween Album for the Year

Well its November first and the start of my Holiday rushing around.  I am in the middle of 3 different Christmas albums and also thinking about some Fall albums.  I have to hurry and make them before my ideas start fading ... yes, I'm getting "older" LOL

Yesterday I put the finishing touches on my last Halloween album for the year (I am moving on) and wanted to share it with you.  This album is made from envelopes and has two collections of paper.  My Little Yellow Bicycle and also My Minds Eye.  Yes, I know one collection is more whimsical the other more vintage but the colors work together!  I always tend to use more than one collection unless otherwise instructed :)

You can find this little Halloween treasure at my Kitsnbitscraps Etsy store.
