Hi, I just finished this adorable "Life's a Zoo" 6.5 by 8.5 interactive chipboard album. This is the Kathy Orta (paper phenomenon) - Mr. Bejamin method of construction. Instead of making 6 signatures I only made two signatures which still leaves you with tons of real estate for photos. I had to tone down my signatures because I add alot of 3D embellishments. If you want to make Kathy's Mr. Benjamin with the six signatures then you won't have room for 3D embellishments and I love my embellies.
I used the brand new Doodlebug "At The Zoo" for this album. It is the cutest paper ever! My title "Life's a Zoo" was great for this mini album because it doesn't necessarily have to be about your day trip to the zoo, but rather your daily lives with your child.
I added a couple of "instagram diecut photo frames" with space to add a small photo and a 4x6.
Here is a small "instagram die frame" behind the cute giraffe
This page with the palm tree and giraffe design is a vertical slide in pocket to add extra photos and/or journaling tags
Here is another pocket page above to add extra tags and photos. Great spot for journaling
Isn't the baby rhino the cutest? On this page I added a 4x6 journaling card from the "At The Zoo" Doodlebug collection
This Mr. Bejamin construction by Kathy Orta with its flip pages really gives you so much room for photos. Even though I only put in two signatures rather than six. I still have real estate for 33 photos!
The binding is 3 inches wide and I chose the cutest paper from the Doodlebug collection to cover the spine.
I still have some Doodlebug "At The Zoo" paper collection left so I plan on making another Mr. Benjamin and list it on my Etsy store Kitsnbitscraps. Please check in for that upcoming album.
This particular album has already been sold, I didn't even get the chance to list it LOL. I can understand, it is the cutest album and I fell in love with this Doodlebug collection.
Thank you for stopping by, please check my Etsy store Kitsnbitscraps as I am always adding listings.
Happy scrapping!
