New Fairy Album

Hi -

We are under hurricane warning today so after getting my water and canned goods and filling up my gas tank - guess what?  I had time to take photos and post this very pretty Fairy Album on my Etsy store Kitsnbitscraps today!!

I have had this paper tablet for a while and I never got around to making anything from it.  How many of you out there buy pretty paper thinking you will go home that very day and create something with the new paper?  I do this all the time.  The way that I create things is in my mind first.  So I looked at this paper knowing exactly what I wanted to make but then things and my life get in my way.  Anyway, I have a lot more ideas roaming around in my head and I have already started on another album.

So back to this pretty little piece.  The outside is thick chipboard and the inside pages are made with the stack the deck system.  I think that is Laura Dennison?  The album is approx. 6x6 and has 6 pages.  Each page has mattes for 6 photos and/or journaling so there is enough for around 34 plus in this album.

I just posted it today at my Etsy store along with some cards, layouts and my beach album from last week.  So there are plenty of goodies to look at.

Here are some pics of this album:  Fairy Album

The outside cover has the newest Prima Marketing (Frank Garcia) Remnant Domes Memory Hardware.  Inside the Dome I have a beautiful winged silver fairy charm placed on a background of castles with lots of glitter and beads in the dome.

The 3 inch binding has purple textured faux leather with two charms and lots of ribbon and fiber.  One charm is the 2 inch silver fairy and the other is a small (7 gypsies) bottle of "fairy dust"

The entire album has a shabbly - distressed look to it with distressed edges and gold painted crowns.  This album really turned out nice.

Thank you for stopping by and let me know what you think :)

Happy Scrapping
